In accordance with the instructions contained in your despatch No. 30 (F 1332/38/87) Confidential of the 21st February last, I comunicated confidentially to Prince Traidos the memorandum therein enclosed as to the activities of Mr. M. A. Nemason of Singapore.

In reply His Higimoss has now asked me to convey to His Majesty's Government the sincere thanks of the Siamese Government for their kind assistanse in this
matter.
3. I also gave a copy of the memorandum to sir Edward Cook, the Financial Adviser to the Siamese
Government.
Copy of a letter on the subject from him
is anclosed herein.
